I’m also passionate about Tampa Bay (I’m a native) and, with my extensive experience and knowledge about our overall real estate market, I am frequently interviewed by the media – Tampa’s local ABC news syndicate, REALTOR® Magazine, the Tampa Bay Times, and Ocean Drive Magazine, as well as online resources such as Zillow and Trulia.

My entrepreneurial spirit emerged at an early age. I was the little kid opening my own business while my schoolmates were working on science projects or playing soccer. Then, in high school, my family needed a larger house. I had a couple of buddies whose dads were real estate developers, and I went through the whole process of finding a home with my mom.
I was hooked. Watching stark, bare land transformed into a people place with yards and homes and grown-ups and children laughing and playing and living their lives was amazing to me. I knew then what I wanted to do.
After college I began my profession as a new home specialist with KB Home, consistently performing in the top 3% in sales volume nationally. Subsequently, I was able to bring an incredible knowledge of the new construction field into my real estate business. Having earned my mortgage license, I have inside knowledge of the residential lending industry, which helps my sellers with creative financing and can help my buyers take advantage of lesser known loan programs.
